Joanna, the sales representative, was kind and patient with me. She used his knowledge of the industry to explain each step of the moving process to me and helped me evaluate my packing needs and reviewed every item I was moving in order to ensure there were no surprises on the moving day. Brian from customer service was very responsive to all my questions regarding pickup and delivery times. He was polite, even though I called him probably a dozen times. It was a wonderful experience.
