Plumbing review in

I had a pipe leak in the upstairs bathroom resulting in a leak in the kitchen below. I called the company, explained my situation to the operator who was clear in the explantions of what would take place.
A plumber was dispatched quickly. The man he was friendly and patient with my many questions. The man asked if he could keep his shoes-he didn't just assume which was important to me.
