Maple Home Services

We had a lot of problems with Maple Home Services and the installation of our air conditioner. First, the model we bought they didn’t actually have so we either had the choice of upgrading to a more expensive one or losing the deal entirely. Then, during the installation the installer had me go get a part he needed from the store, while he stayed at my home with no one else there. We were reimbursed for the part but I still thought it was ridiculous and my wife filed a complaint about it. Also, the installation took 2 days, which meant I had to miss two days of work. The air conditioner works well but I wouldn’t recommend these guys, regardless.
