Amazing home inspection! We are 1st time home buyers and heard horror stories about lazy inspectors, so we wanted to be present during the inspection. Boy am I happy we did! Michael was so knowledgeable on so many different things. He also has a very strong attention to detail. I swear, nothing would get past him! What I appreciated the most was that he gave us a timeline for things. This way, we are able to properly budget and plan any repairs as we wouldn't know otherwise.
During our home inspection, he found a serious issue with the furnace. A few days after our inspection, he contacted our realtor because another client of his owns a business that replaces furnaces and was able to tell them about our situation. Just another example of how he goes above and beyond.
I HIGHLY recommend Michael and hope to use his services again in the future, but not for a few years as we ended up purchasing the home he inspected. :)
