Our home's original 1979 cedar siding was a unique design feature, but after years of exposure to BC's wet climate it needed to be replaced. I was nervous about this big renovation and with a friend's recommendation we contacted Siding Vancouver. Stefan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient through the entire process as we discussed options in upgrading our home's exterior, and he always took time to answer our questions and follow up on any concerns. During installation the crew was friendly, professional and hard-working (even in the pouring rain). Our West Coast home now has a modern, more contemporary look with durable Hardie siding/trim, updated fascia, new gutters, soffits, soffit lighting and other details... and it's a relief to know this is a quality job that will last for years to come. We really appreciate that Siding Vancouver is committed to customer satisfaction and we'd highly recommend them to our family, friends and neighbours.

Siding Vancouver has been on the renovation project at our church since September 24th. They have been very conscientious of our need for cleanup around the jobsite since day one. Each individual in the team that Martin, Stefan and Chris have put together have been joy to work with. They have completed the siding on the gym, around the entire church on time and budget. They also helped design and build a new stage for our sanctuary. Which looks fantastic. They are now working on the rot found in the East wall when we were replacing all the windows on that side. This has turned into a project of a greater scope than we anticipated and Martin has been with us each step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend him or his company to anyone looking for siding or any kind of renovation work needed to be done on any building.

I love my house! Siding Vancouver really did an amazing job. They knew I expected perfection and they really worked hard to give me that. Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and the crew was happy to see me happy. Martin and his crew worked meticulously and the attention to detail was awesome. They were easy to deal with, always returned my calls and genuinely seem to care about the customer. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

A section of fascia wood on my house was rotting and needed replacing. I reached out to Siding Vancouver to repair that section. It took a few emails and calls to reach them but in the end it was worth it. Stefan gave me a reasonable quote based on photos of the rotten fascia. My job was small and he was able to fit my job in between two larger ones. I’m very happy with the work that he and his colleague did. They were also friendly and considerate. Plus the end cost did not go over the quoted amount. The fascia now looks completely repaired, and was painted to match the existing fascia. I would hire Siding Vancouver again for future siding work.

Stefan and his team were excellent from start to finish for this project. I was very impressed with the transparent communication, high quality workmanship, friendliness of his staff and coordination with my own electrical contractor. Stefan was a pleasure to deal and his company has exceeded my expectation for the final result of this project. Thank you.

The entire renovation process, from start to finish, was a great experience. First, Stefan, one of the owners came over to do the estimate. He provided options and some flexibility to rejig the quote to suit our needs. Next, his brothers Chris and Martin (co-owners) measured the area, consulted us on our preferences and decisions on the details of the work. It was quite impressive to see all the details clearly stated in the document. Signing the agreement was a breeze! Everything was in digital format!

They assigned a project manager, and a teamlead, which made it easy for us to communicate and keep track of the work. Whether it was one of the owners, project manager or team lead that we needed to communicate with via text, email or face-to-face, we didn't have a hard time getting our message through. Everyone was very responsive and prompt. Anyone on the on-site crew was also able to answer questions thrown at them.

The quality of work is excellent! The care and attention each of them gave to the entire project was very impressive, as if they were renovating their own home! Kudos to Russ, Lyle, Tyler, Dave, Mack, Matt, Ken! and special kudos go to Eddie! also, thanks to Chris for his leadership! He followed through on every request, question, challenge, etc. He and team managed to overcome a couple of curve balls they encountered in the midst of the project. Chris was very accommodating and very professional all throughout.

And the result -- a neighbor literally stopped by to let us know that everyone in the neighborhood is talking about our house and how beautiful the work is. Thank you Siding Vancouver!

Stefan, Martin and the whole team at Siding Vancouver are awesome! They did an amazing job on the complete renovation of the exterior of our house (new siding, roof, gutters, doors, windows, lighting, etc). We couldn't be happier with the result. It's hard to know who to trust in the construction business, but I always felt that Siding Vancouver had our best interest at heart. Stefan and Martin took the time to explain options to us and were very patient with my sometimes lengthy decision making! The only downside was that the project took much longer than expected, but I can understand that as we hit several snags along the way. I have to thank Daylan for going above and beyond by coming out on two very wet weekends to help us deal with a leaking deck. And to George for building the beautiful door trim just the way I wanted. And to Mack, Marlon, Dave and the rest of the gang for always having a smile. We highly recommend Siding Vancouver. They are the best!
