From the moment I walked into the store I was laughing and talking, being treated as a person rather than a customer. Ilya Vilner (the owner) personally guided me in choosing a piano and he was truly great. He's clearly been a musician his whole life, as he understands the importance of buying a piano who's sound appeals to you, as a player. UPS has an amazing variety of good brand and quality pianos, from Kawai to Wagner. Although we bought one on the more expensive side, there are definitely pianos for lower budgets. As Ilya Vilner said to me upon entering the store, "no one's leaving until everyone is happy". And he stayed true to his word.
