Zack and company arrived a day early to prep the site. The next morning at 8:30 , they were levelling and placing stone. The job was completed in less than four hours. Immaculate cleanup too! Very happy with the finished project.

Zach is a very honest and caring individual who truly cares about his customers and his workmanship. From the conceptual 3D design, to the finished installation I've felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. As with any major projects, issue will arise, but its how its managed, handled and communicated is what's important.

The 3D design really provided an excellent visualization of what the final product was going to look like. Zach's ability to bring designs to life is impressive. We went through many, many iterations of what we wanted and each time Zach was very quick and easy to deal with. It gave us the confidence to select Northern Rock Landscape as our preferred contractor.

The Northern Rock contract and 3yr warranty are professional prepared and it demonstrates the commitment they have to their workmanship.

We needed to improve and DO our front entrance. Was in need of a massive facelift! (we bought a reno home). We got a few quotes from contractors. Northern Rock (Zach) came to the home to chat with us about what we were looking for and to take a look at our existing entrance. We threw some of our thoughts to him. He said he will work on a design and get back to us. Within a few days, he sent us a 3-D picture. It was our vision. Zach and his team were very accommodating... after they begun the job.... I wanted a few things tweaked and even added to the job and they were able to adjust and work with my changes effortlessly! Zach and his crew did a great job! We received a few quotes for our house facelift we needed a New porch, steps, retaining garden wall and pathway . From consultation to completion, working with Zachary from Northern rock landscape has been such a pleasure. Quick to return emails and answer my calls they worked with us throughout the entire project. Be prepared though, when they come on site they really come on site! we had at one point up to 8 workers with every type of machinery possible. They arrive early( before 7) and were still working until the late evening! They completed the entire project in less than 4 days. Unbelievable and impressive work in such a short amount of time. When you're making a significant investment in a service, it's not just about the result, but also how it was done. I'm very pleased to report that the NRL Northern rock landscape and Zachary of NRL and Devon proved to be an outstanding choice in every respect. It was easy to see that these guys CARE about their customer and the service they provide - right from the initial consult and quote to the final product. Zachary was incredibly helpful in the original design, selection of materials and suggestions for making it all look great. For example, the natural stone steps garner stares from passersby every day. And to top it all off, they worked diligently and quickly getting the job done in just one week. Did I mention attention to detail was top notch? Companies this good book up very quickly - better call them soon. You won't regret it.

Zack and the crew at Northern Rock did a great job on our retaining wall. This was a very complex project that required knowledge and skill in ravine landscaping and design using environmentally friendly materials (armor stone). Zack did exactly what we asked for at a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with our retaining wall.
