Tony was recommended to us. He did both selling and buying home inspections for us and we were delighted with the detail of both surveys which helped us to have in depth information and peace of mind when both selling and buying properties.
Being new to the Canadian property market, coming from the UK, he explained house defects, gave priority time for repairing them, general costings and what was required to fix the problem.
