Aaron was the first contractor to provide an estimate, and set the bar very high from our first meeting. After inspecting my roof he sat down and showed me the areas of concern. We flipped through the options, different roofing styles and protection. The process was not pushy. I had thought we needed a new skylight and some other repairs, but Aaron inspected it all and advised it was all sound.
The price of the job was competitive, it's not the "cheapest" but wasn't the highest. I chose Aaron and Future Perfect because they left me with the highest sense of competency.
The crew did a fantastic job and seemed very detail oriented. They took extra care around eves, and put down tarps to minimize debris. They took a lot of photos of damaged areas that they repaired and showed it to me.
The roof is now in, and looks amazing.
