First off I would just like to say that Scott truly cares about customer satisfaction! From the first day I met Scott, I had a pretty good idea that I would be satisfied with Bassindale. I still went about my due diligence and received a few more quotes. With all being roughly the same, Scott stood out the most by being the only person to actually go on the roof in order to get a good idea of the current condition of the roofing system. He was also the ony person to mention we could use better soffit ventilation. I was sold.
The crew was fantastic. I was home all day during the installation and was very satisfied with their professionalism. The roof looks great, and Scott is always available for any questions I may have even after the completion of the job!

In this case we needed to upgrade the baffle vents in the attic and improve the airflow at the soffit vents in order for the new air ventilation system to be effective. In addition to a longer lasting roof, Mike can look forward to lower heating and a/c bills as a direct result of his better air ventilation system. I am pleased to report a job well done. Mike's new roof will provide decades of protection.
