Friedly people - unprofessional service!!

Moe is very friendly and polite on the phone and his moving crew - Joey & others are very polite & friendly as well. However, being nice & friendly just isn't enough always. We hired this company for a small move within Ottawa. The move was ok but they didn't plan things properly. They had to leave bunch of stuff at our old home as the truck was too small. On top of that, they were not able to dismantle an expensive treadmill to facilitate moving it into our new home (although they reassured numerous times that it would NOT BE A PROBLEM AT ALL!). As a result we have a $1500 Treadmill sitting in the garage. We were super polite with the crew; bought lunch for them; even tipped them generously after the move was completed but next day when we saw: some expensive furnitures scratched up, hardwood floor damaged and called them to come take a look, they started giving us run around. After numerous calls and emails Moe agreed to send somebody over to assess the damage BUT they never showed up!! Called them again but they don't answer. These guys are not gonna be in business for long, that's for sure. This is not the way to get big in any business.

The movers did try to take the treadmill to the basement of the new house but the corners are pretty tight and pushing it through could result in damage to both treadmill and walls and that's why it was delivered to the garage. The customer called and notified us about the damage to the desk and was agreed that the desk be repaired. There was no mention of any other damage by the customer in the email. The truck provided was 22 feet as agreed upon when the flat rate was provided.

Regarding the damage to the desk, Been trying to get in touch with the customer to rectify the situation for some time but the customer doesn't pick up phone or respond back by email. If you would like the situation rectified please either contact us or let us contact you.
