We live in an old Toronto home (dating from the 1930s) with a roof that had spotty work throughout the years from the previous owners / contractors. The roofing system lacked proper airflow and didn’t have a uniform surface for the shingles to rest on. With the Canadian climate (of hot summers and cold winters) the shingles were prone to cracking and would fail earlier than the manufacturer had designated.

Shay, the CEO of Integrity Roofers, was the only company to address these issues in the quote provided which gave us comfort. It was clear that, they wouldn’t cut corners, and address the lack of airflow and roofing system properly. We found other roofing contractors looking to get the job done using inferior products and not addressing the underlying issues when quoting only so they could be awarded the work. We wanted to make sure our investment would last. The quote provided was concise, professional and fair.
