Shay delivered when a dozen other companies wouldn't or couldn't. He went above and beyond, driving across the city in under an hour to save the day and make sure my wife got her surprise birthday present.
An experienced heating company was in the midst of installing a new gas fireplace to replace an existing wood burning one in my home. The installers were unable to safely scale my icy roof to complete the installation of the vent into the chimney. Integrity came to the rescue and I won't forget it.
