New furnace and air conditioner
Very impressed with initial sales contact, Peter, and the team of Don & Zack who installed our new furnace & a/c. They fulfilled everything we were looking for in a reputable contractor. Peter gave us a detailed written quote & contract, & explained & answered all our questions which gave us confidence in hiring MacKay. Don & his assistant Zack were on time, polite, maintained cleanliness through the removal and installations, and were diligent & conscientious taking pride in their work. Don even spotted some substandard work in the hook-up of our gas water heater installed last year, and rectified these potential problems by replacing our water heater vent pipe with one dictated by the Gas code. I would highly recommend MacKay.

We are fortunate enough to have him working for us. Zack is a hard working apprentice, who is actually the owners, son...and a very hard working young man.
