Fantastic service from start to finish! The salesperson was not pushy, and gave thorough information to us to get the right system for a great price. Installation was smooth, unintrusive and just looks professional and reliable. The installers experienced some difficulty with our (very old) chimney; they let us know immediately, told us what the possible recourses may be, and made sure the chimney liner was properly installed. Very indicative of all interactions with MacKay: upfront, thorough and keeping us informed throughout!
