Furnace/Water Heater Replacement
Had an issue with exhaust on my ~16 year old system where it was venting fumes into the house. I got a quote from one company but I wanted to see what others could do so I called MacKay. They were able to send out a rep that afternoon.
The rep was very down to earth, friendly and not pushy at all. He laid out all the options for me and provided some material to backup his suggestions. He also was able to come in well under the price I was quoted elsewhere!
The best part was due to the fumes in the house the gas was shutoff and I had no heat or hot water! It was 10 deg C in the house the next morning. MacKay was able to come out the NEXT day and replace my furnace and hot water heater with power vented units that circumvented the chimney/exhaust issue. The folks who came to do the install were very friendly, quick and clean! Great service all around.
