I have been getting MacKay Heating to clean and service my furnace and air conditioner for several years and am extremely pleased with their work. I am on one of their Assurance Plans and highly recommend it.
The service techs (mine was John B. on Jan 21, 2014, whom I will be requesting whenever I need one) are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. If you have a question they will explain it to you and will explain it in a way that you will understand what they are talking about.
If you are looking for a GOOD, RELIABLE heating and air conditioning company I highly recommend MacKay's.
I also have to mention the one's that work in the office (most of the time I get Maureen) are also friendly and helpful.
