Furnace cleaning/regular maint

Service was okay but the rep was obviously trying to sell other services. Also, MacKay first told us we could by the right filters at CTC but current rep said they were not the right kind.

Hello Lynn, I am sorry you felt that our technician was trying to sell other services. That is not what we instruct them to do and that is not how you should feel when we are complete. I am the owner of MacKay Heating and the technicians are all instructed to provide the best world class service to our customers. This is including looking around to insure that we offer every customer, every option to improve there system and to save money in the future. The options we provide you are just that. ONLY Options. You do not have to choose any of them but we never want to leave a home and have the home owner call me and say we never told them about certain things that could help them and their HVAC systems improve. I have applied the credit to you account as discussed and I hope you feel improvement when we return next time. If you would like to talk about this more and provide me with your expectations, I would be happy to discuss things. Here at MacKay Heating and Cooling you can speak directly to the owner of the company to insure you get the service you want and deserve. As for the Filter issue, I would need more information. I cannot refer you to big box stores for filters as they may change the filters they carry. they may have carried it in previous years but may have changed. I always suggest the best place to get your filters is from us. We should have the correct filters for you and the best price as well.
