Kelvin and Amanda were very professional during the process. Came right on time with their whole team and was able to accommodate few adjustments in our project. At first, we thought of using our existing vents but decided to have 2 max vents installed instead-which were not available at that time and so, Kelvin needed to get those from his office and come back to the site. Happy that we listened to their recommendation of installing max vents. Now, our home feels way more comfortable than before. They did some minor repairs to our downspouts and gutter as courtesy too.
I am also happy to say that they are a very trustworthy and reliable roof contractor. After the work was done, we experienced some water leaks from one of the vent connectors during a period with a heavy downpour. The cause was a tilted vent cap that gave access for the water to come in the vent connector. We informed Amanda about it and they took action right away regardless of their busy schedule.
