Island Wave Pools

After using a budget company to open our pool this year (terrible experience and I would not recommend doing this), we were dealing with a cloudy pool that we could not figure out. I called Island Wave Pools because I had heard only positive things about them and Larry arrived as scheduled. Larry is the only pool person who came and took his time to ensure everything was functioning as should while explaining things to me which I appreciate being a new inexperienced pool owner. He has a great eye and noticed a few things (including safety things) that should be done which I really appreciated and will be coming back to fix those. Larry then proceeded to tell me what he would do to get rid of the cloudy water and I now have a crystal clear, sparkling pool and could not be happier. Larry is very knowledgeable and told me so much while he was here. It shows that he really cares which is hard to find in this industry. I would not hesitate recommending Island Wave Pools to anyone with a pool!

I had a leak in my pool, i had 3 companies prior come out to find the leak, but unfortunately couldnt. I called Island Wave, the service Tech Byron came out and found the leak, repair and the pool is running great! experieced guys! great people. His son Larry is great to talk to. At the end of our conversation he said, " call me anytime, we're here to help!"

I wanted to take a minute to say thank you for a job well done. In the pass, I had some bad experiences with some pools companies but this year, I have been receiving good service for Island wave pools.
Larry took the time to answer all of our questions, was very informative and offered some very detailed design plans.

Last fall I hired Larry and his crew to come and investigate a possible pool leak. The didn't charge for the service call so I decided to book them for both closing in the fall and opening in the spring.
Spring comes but my pool date comes and goes, no opening.
Opening finally a week late, no notice. Test to determine leak done but not on the day scheduled, and repair and cleaning not done on day scheduled but changed without notice!
I have had to call every time to find out what the problem was with the scheduled time. No reason was given, and no apology either.
These people have my money since October and my pool is still dirty, cold and leaking. I will not be recommending this company any time soon.

Larry is great! The monthly maintenance cost (including chemicals) is less then what I paid for chemicals alone when I use to do my own maintenance. The pool stores selling your more chem8cals than you really need.
