When we tried to sell our house, the inspector found mold in our attic. We got several quotes and decided to go with Kleen Condition. The crew was nice and the job was done as expected. We got the certificate we needed and the sale of the house was able to go through. I can't say how the work was over time as I moved out of the home very shortly after.
