An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We received estimates from couple companies on homestars; Ayrat provided the most detailed and well thought out project plan that considered issues and items that his competitors did not mention or seem to care about. This level of quality and professionalism was consistent throughout from start to finish of the job. It was not an easy job either. The crew worked hard and we are so pleased with the results. The patio was completed in 3 days and that was with some rain. Thank you so much Ayrat and his crew!
