Dan’s technician, Darryl, was friendly, communicative, thoughtful, careful, efficient, diligent... everything you’d want in an electrician. In just under an hour, he had tracked down the problem (a poorly installed and failed timer box), explained his solution (replace the timer with a junction box), finished the work, and tested to make sure everything was work. Very pleased, especially with the timeliness of their response, coming out in less than 24 hours.
