Concrete Contractors review in

ABC did our stamped concrete in Oct 2014. I dealt with Guitano. Worst job ever. They didn't seal the concrete till next summer. During winter color came off, big cracks... Called them and they came to seal the concrete but I think it was too late... But they never filled the cracks. Same thing happened next winter it looks so bad... Called them many times but no one picks up the phone... finally got hold of Guitano and he told me he will come with a solution.. May be reseal it heavily. Its been more than a month now .. No answer.
