Originally the complex suggested a plumber to fix the broken pump and we did not feel comfortable with that person. We went on line for a plumber in our area and found Calaway, one of the few that would deal with the situation. They were very easy to talk with on the phone and set up an appointment that suited us perfectly. Mike Demaso came and went out of his way to find the correct pump and it was even more powerful for the same price. The good thing is that it is a falt rate, because it took hours to get the new pump. The installation was not too long. He explained things tht made sense. At the same time we enquired about a water filter and he was able to make a very cost effective suggestion for a very good filter system. All in all, we actualy enjoyed the experinece. We would recommend Mike and Calaway for any plumbing work.
