I called JSN to fix my Samsung dishwasher that was displaying an error code a few months after its warranty ended. Based on reviews from this site, JSN stood out as a safe bet. Sam didn't disappoint; in fact, he was fantastic. He promptly returned my call (on a Saturday), set up an appointment for the very next day (a Sunday evening which was VERY convenient and accommodating) and despite a howling snow storm and a rather important football game that I'm sure many of Sam's competitors were busy watching, he arrived within the time window he had promised. He was very polite and professional, wearing "booties" to keep our floors clean. Working efficiently in a fairly tight and uncomfortable place, Sam was persistent despite a rather temperamental machine. He fixed the problem, explained the issue and promised to return promptly if the issue repeated itself. The day after he fixed the dishwasher he sent a follow up email thanking me for my business and a few days after his service he called to follow up and make sure the dishwasher was working the way I wanted. Sam definitely cares about his clients and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. If you're looking for prompt, professional, and affordable service, look no further than JSN. Sam is terrific. He returns calls promptly, shows up when he says he will, and does an expert and fairly priced job. My stove is difficult to repair and I'd certainly hire him again for any appliance repairs in my home.

Our washer stopped at the spin cycle and we called JSN. Sam came when he said he would and quickly found the baby sock in the water pump and took it out. He was friendly, clean, efficient and honest. I will be calling them the next time we have an appliance problem.

Sam came over to see our wash machine that was misbehaving and producing strange metal noises. He was extremely professional and kind and he found the wash machine was not been operated properly by us and he provided good advice, checked the entire machine and left us happy with the certainty that our old wash machine would still last a few years. What a great service! Totally worth the money and he is a honest guy who is there to help us solve the problem.

JSN did a very good job with my dishwasher. He was very good at diagnosing the problem over the phone before getting to my house and brought the part with him. This saved the time of him having to come back. Very well mannered and exceptional customer service.

Called JSNAPPLIANCES as found on Homestars. The Freezer worked but the Fridge was warm. I was given Ayman Aziz's number and called it, Ayman asked me what was wrong and asked for the model number. He arrived that evening as promised, diagnosed the problem, had the two possible parts needed and only needed the one, fixed the problem. Professional, friendly a great experience on a day that began so wrong.
