They installed an underground gas line for a new water heater we bought for our pool.
Being as we work during the day, Darrick came during the evening hours to do an estimate for the installation. I asked if he was able to to tie the unit in with the sand filter and pump and hook it all to the water lines. Darrick suggested that we change the connecting pipes. This was a great improvement, so much easier to work with. I set up an install date and Mary called a couple days ahead of time to re-confirm. The evening before the installation I had to call and inform Mary that the concrete pad we had poured wouldn't be dried enough to place the units on. They were very accommodating and Darrick made yet another evening house call 2 days after the install to get everything hooked up and running.
While he was here we asked Darrick about heating and air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the subject. He told us how much more efficient furnaces are now compared to our 17 year old unit. He left us some pamphlets to look at and we look forward to doing business with him in the future.
