Feb 2021 my furnace had stop working. I needed a full replacement. After I had two quotes I chose "DD". Their technician Owen replaced the full system it seemed like just a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and answer any extra questions...by early evening my home was warm again...that brings us to this spring when their technician came to do the planned check over. I inquired about having adding an air cleaner to my furnace Jay was very helpful went over how it worked cleaning of dust, allergens and now even with Covid it will be a plus to my system....thanks to all staff at "DD"...nice to work with a local company who go above.

It pains me to give a bad review. The staff and owners are really pleasant, and amenable. The work was done in an extremely timely manner and both units appear to work very well.

What our problem is - is that our furnace was installed in November. I have been asking - since December (it is now almost mid Feb) for a receipt for the purchase of the furnace - that outlines the unit, SERIAL number and some breakdown of the cost.

I have asked a minimum of 8 times - giving plenty of time for them to mail it out. I still do not have it.

This is just bad business

Tenants notified me Sat morning that furnace had stopped working -- temp dropped to 50 degrees in the apartment. I called the company that had installed the furnace but there was no follow-up from them so I called DD and response was fast -- service technician was dispatched and he even texted time of arrival updates. He assessed the problem and explained in detail. Parts were ordered and ready to install on Monday morning. They explained what they were going to do before the installation and everything was done accordingly. A follow up appointment was made to answer any final questions that we might have. Friendly, knowledgable, high quality service.

Darrick Davidson Mechanical Services installed a new furnace and A/C unit for us. The employees were very polite and were very neat and clean with their work. We got a great deal on high quality equipment. The crew were great! When our a/c died in August, an employee was at our house in minutes to check it out. When installing the new equipment the crew was polite, efficient, and quiet. They didn't waste much time! They also did an excellent job using mats to protect our floor and always cleaning up after themselves.
