New A/C and new furnace

It pains me to give a bad review. The staff and owners are really pleasant, and amenable. The work was done in an extremely timely manner and both units appear to work very well.

What our problem is - is that our furnace was installed in November. I have been asking - since December (it is now almost mid Feb) for a receipt for the purchase of the furnace - that outlines the unit, SERIAL number and some breakdown of the cost.

I have asked a minimum of 8 times - giving plenty of time for them to mail it out. I still do not have it.

This is just bad business

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our company.
I've looked at you file and have found that you should have a copy of the invoice through the financing agreement.
In addition to that our operating system runs on a paperless capacity, which means every invoice is emailed out. On our end we can see that you opened the email with your invoice in it.
However there is a note on the file that said you would prefer a paper copy of your invoice.
We have sent out a paper copy through the mail and it was returned to us from Canada post with a return to sender stamp.
A 2nd note said that we made contact with you to get your mailing address again, the note goes on to say that you gave us the same delivery information. So a second invoice was sent out to you with no change on the address (and our fault it was sent back again from Canada Post return to sender).
We attempted to hand deliver the invoice to you personally, when we returned to you home to do additional work for you. Owen our technician said that "I gave it to them", However this may not be the case since you gave us this bad review.
I Darrick Davidson can hand deliver you, your invoice. I will call you today, so that I can make sure for certain that the invoice for the work done will be in your hands by the end of the week. If not sooner.
We hope even though you gave us this negative review, that our current relationship may continue.
