I took my laptop computer to Acton Computer Repair on March 2nd 2011 for repairs. The machine had hardware problem’s "Hard drive", had failed after it got knocked off my table and hit the floor; James fixed it and recovered all of my data. The laptop was also riddled with every type of viruses one could imagine. I wasn't able to access the internet or run any program on my computer, without it freezing up. James removed all of them and optimized my computer that same day; I got my laptop back within a few hours so I got lucky with same day service, the price was more than reasonable and affordable. I recommend Acton Computer Repair to anyone having problems with their computer. I found the Owner James Snow to be very professional; he took the time to explain everything to me in great detail in terms that I understood, he has a great passion for his work and it shows in the way he deals with customers, and the little extra’s that he does like making sure everything was set up as close to what is was, he installed Google Chrome, Skype and other programs for me, set up my email accounts and made sure everything was running like clockwork before handing it over to me. I was overjoyed with his commitment to customer satisfaction.
