I purchased a refurbished computer from James about 2 years ago. I reached out to him asking about a system low battery error message - when I emailed him, no response. When I called and got a hold of him a few days later, he was courteous and subsequent email correspondences with him were too. The solution was to replace the battery which I couldn't find so James offered that the next time he was in Georgetown, he would swing by to help. That never happened - numerous attempts to reach him went unanswered, why offer to help when you have no intentions to! Btw, he's no longer in Acton (may want to change the company name???). If you are looking for that local, hometown service we're used to receiving in Halton, don't look here!
