I give Keith a rating of 11! He came on time, he is professional, did a fantastic job, his experience shows – he worked hard, very hard for 2+ hours and did not stop for one minute, amazing endurance! The cost was exactly as quoted – no surprises. He walked me through any issues, gave me some tips, left all work areas clean. You simply do not find his kind of work ethic these days. Someone who works hard and takes pride in a job well done, Good for you Keith!
Also of huge importance to me is when people come to my home they treat our pets with kindness. He was very kind, thoughtful and friendly to my children and to my furry children.
