Arco Roofing Solutions more than exceeded my expectations to repair my thirty-four-year-old cedar shake roof. Their estimate was fairly priced, clear and concise and included a drawing of my roof showing exactly where new shakes and ridge caps were needed. I was also very happy to see that Arco stands behind their work with a five-year warranty. Roofing is major work and I appreciated meeting with Art Hassenrueck (the owner) to discuss in detail all the necessary requirements for my home. This gave me the chance to ask any questions about the job and a really good feel for the company behind the work. I believe Art and his team really do care about the quality of their work and conduct themselves with honesty and integrity.
As for the actual repairs, well the team of Mike, Mark, Moses, Tyson, Lyle, Joel and Brett were outstanding. They arrived each day when they said they would, were very polite and respectful and I could easily see how well they worked as a team. They cleaned up after each day and made certain to inform me of any unexpected issues in the job. I now have full peace of mind that my roof is safe and secure to withstand the elements for the next five years. I also know that with continued maintenance from Arco Roofing, I will maximize my roof’s life for another fifteen years (or possibly even more). I highly recommend Arco Roofing Solutions to anyone needing repairs to their cedar shake roof.
