I was on the verge of replacing the whole roof. All companies who were giving me the quote were saying how bad my roof is.
I was hesitant to replace the roof for other material than cedar. When searching online I found that the best roofing material is cedar. The whole house breaths with this type of roofing. No moisture is being accumulated.
It was a great relief when Art came with the quote for repair. He explained in detail the condition of my roof. He prepared the draft of the whole roof. It was divided in section so I could easily see what has to be done to each section. He counted all shakes that need to be replaced and gave me the exact number. Also, Art pointed to me other section of the roof like chimney or vents that need to be repaired or replaced.
Moreover, Art explained what underlayment will be used and how the shakes will be replaced and what type of security is undertaken to ensure that all workers on the roof are safe.
When the work started the crew were very polite, work diligently and answered all question.
Each day after the work was finished for that day the area around the house was cleaned so no mess was left behind.
I am very happy with this company and would recommend it to everyone.
