We recently used Arco Roofing Solutions to do some long overdue maintenance on our cedar shake roof. Art and his team were impressive from the start.
Art on his own worked out what was needed to be done.
He then met with me for a very detailed estimate. He kept me informed on any changes, ie amount of shakes, or time.
His staff were punctual, courteous and very efficient. They worked diligently and safely. A neighbour apparently called the roof safety inspectors. They came and had absolutely no complaints. The team cleaned up after each day. At the end of the job, they cleaned the gutters as best as they could.
Art even instructed them to repair a defecting downspout!
