The Shock Doctors

In one word "WOW!!!". I have never experienced such customer-focus and professionalism from a trade. The Shock Doctors certainly live up to their reputation. Lara did a fantastic job handling my call. She was very personable and professional; and took her time to explain to me the services of the company, their quality culture, and customer value. I even got an email with a picture of the electrician that was going to assist me. The master electrician, Terry, was punctual and very professional. He notified me 30 minutes prior to arrival, quickly diagnosed the issue, and after obtaining my approval proceeded with the repairs. Unfortunately, there was another underlying issue, which required a different set of expertise. Terry refused to charge me for the service he provided, as it was not fully resolved. The Shock Doctors are the only electricians I will ever use moving forward. Highly recommended!!! A+++
