The owner sent an employee for our first two visits who we liked and thought did a descent job but then we received a text saying that this employee was fired. Our third visit was by the owner and though a descent job was done, less cleaning was done than by the employee. The complaint I would have is the owner was very demanding telling us that we needed to do a review or she might not be able to clean for us anymore. Sure enough when I said I wanted a longer working relationship to write a fair review we received a text less than 24 hours saying she was no longer going to clean for us. We found our dealings with the owner just all a little strange in a number of ways but definitely did not like the bully attitude

this was a very unfortunate situation. the employee I sent initially was informed that she'd been doing a very good job and they were very happy with the service. Due to several reasons I had to let this employee go. doing a walk-through after I did a clean I asked the owner three times if he if he was happy which he responded YES
i also told him I had a limited numbers of spaces to fill and askef for s customary review of the work done here . there were numerous reasons I gave this family notice to discontinue their clean. The primary one was the husband family two days earlier called and insisted three times that I was late and was supposed to be there that day . moreover he said he spoke to his wife just that morning and had been sitting there waiting for me. It wasn't until I read him the text from his wife that we had made plans for the day scheduled.
He never apologized nor made any attempt to reconcile his mistake. I also explained to them that location was a key and their area was high up in an area where by coincidence it started to snow and it felt rather treacherous driving down the hill. it's unfortunate these people felt they needed to write such a Negative review over jobs they claimed were done very very well just because I discontinue the service. a review does not guarantee future work with either party and I had wished them well and finding a perfect fit
