The salesman, Jack, was a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, friendly and didn't use high-pressure sales tactics. In follow ups, he always returned calls and emails and was very patient as we came to our final decision. Delco was able to have the windows ready in 3 weeks whereas the competition was 5-6 weeks lead time - a big plus for them. Their price is more than fair for what they deliver. Install went as planned, the guys came on time and were courteous, clean, and professional. The windows look great and we only wish we had changed them sooner! Top marks for Delco.

Good after sales / installation support from Delco - while there were a number of deficiencies with the original install, they came back multiple times and have resolved all of the issues.

In short, I was looking for very good value. Jack came in to provide the quote, was not pushy at all, was highly professional as well as fast. He provided me with a quote within 24 hours. The window installation went impeccably well. Workers did not leave any mess, every window was installed perfectly and they did caulking inside and outside as well.
