Great experience from start to finish! I would definitely refer Delco to my friends and family. The salesman, Jack, was a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, friendly and didn't use high-pressure sales tactics. In follow ups, he always returned calls and emails and was very patient as we came to our final decision. Delco was able to have the windows ready in 3 weeks whereas the competition was 5-6 weeks lead time - a big plus for them. Their price is more than fair for what they deliver. Install went as planned, the guys came on time and were courteous, clean, and professional. The windows look great and we only wish we had changed them sooner! Top marks for Delco.
