I feel being robbed - being charged $192.04 within 20-30 minutes
Service Call: $79.95+Diagnostics: $90+HST=$192.04
I called TRAS Appliances for my LG washer problem last week. The office asked me if I want to repair the washer. If yes, the $90 would be included in the whole repair charges. At that moment I event don't know what the problem was and if the washer could be repaired or not. So I said yes and I thought if I don't want to repair, I would be charged $79.95, and if I want to get it repaired it would be $90.
The technician stayed for 30 minutes to check and told me it's not worth being repaired. Who can make such amount of money within half an hour and the problem is still there and leave me to purchase a new washer with over a thousand dollars plus the $192.04 on top ?!
I simply mean the Service Call and the Diagnostics are one action and should be charged once, not twice. Making money has to be honest, fair and reasonable and the way has to be properly!!
