Our dishwasher was not completing the cycle as the door kept popping open. After a visit from the Bosch technician he showed us how NONE of the brackets to attach the machine to the cabinets were attached!
I contacted TRAS and spoke to the owner himself who said that although it was never installed properly, because it was over 30 days ago he was not responsible! Stating that was he was not legally responsible. Absolute nonsense. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY

This customer is really unrealistic and has no grounds for a dispute. His written guarantee is 30 days from date of installation on Dec/216 , his dishwasher was installed over 3.3 years ago. He himself said that he had numerous other servicing company at his home over the three years period who worked on the dishwasher, so over the 3 years period they could have removed and reinstall the dishwasher and performed other repairs. There may be other servicing occurrences over the last 3 years that could have impacted the install of the product. He has no legal grounds for a no charge return visit because the work was done 3.3 Years ago, his guarantee is 30 days from date of Install. If a return visit or service request was made within the 30 days or even slightly over, our company would have considered a return visit no charge. Our company is considering legal action against this customer for slandering our company name with this ridiculous non-factual review.
