AGM Renovations

Sharon the project manager delivered everything that she promised us. We are not surprised that she is now promoted within AGM. Amir and David are diligent workers who worked hard everyday they were here to deliver the best standard they were capable of.

My experience with AGM was an easy thorough on points, process. The communication with my Project Manager was excellent, I never had to call her, she always called me. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. Job well done. I’m very happy.

We were not sure how the experience would be finishing the basement while living in the house with a small kid. We picked AGM as they promised the shortest completion time among the quotes we received despite not being the cheapest one. Renovation projects are complicated, they require a perfect orchestration of many teams of trades and supply. Luckily, we had an excellent project manager Evaldi, who was always on top of things and communicated with us on a frequent basis. His positive attitude kept our trust to AGM throughout the project. We were satisfied with the competence of all the trades and how nice and respectful they were to everyone in the household. We had one exception / issue with the original tiling crew that created a complexity and delay beyond the timelines promised by the salesperson at the start, but AGM took the responsibility and ensured all the deficiencies are fixed by bringing a new tiler.

Could not be happier with our basement renovation. We were very scared to undertake a renovation but AGM, and our project manager Evaldi, made the process so easy. We had a washroom renovation in our basement done by AGM. There were some hiccups along the way which were addressed promptly and we’re very happy with the result. The various trades involved including plumbing, electrical, glass, tiling, drywalling and painting were skilled and did good solid work. Everyone was very professional and prompt including Jason the project manager and Nada the designer. We were especially impressed by Balveer (Bill) the main contractor. He did all of the demo, the extensive bellow-ground plumbing, the wall work, tiling and painting. We recommend AGM and would use them again.
