We were not sure how the experience would be finishing the basement while living in the house with a small kid. We picked AGM as they promised the shortest completion time among the quotes we received despite not being the cheapest one. Renovation projects are complicated, they require a perfect orchestration of many teams of trades and supply. Luckily, we had an excellent project manager Evaldi, who was always on top of things and communicated with us on a frequent basis. His positive attitude kept our trust to AGM throughout the project. We were satisfied with the competence of all the trades and how nice and respectful they were to everyone in the household. We had one exception / issue with the original tiling crew that created a complexity and delay beyond the timelines promised by the salesperson at the start, but AGM took the responsibility and ensured all the deficiencies are fixed by bringing a new tiler.
