We are extremely pleased with the services provided by A Daddys Carpet Repair. Russell and Jacob came to our home to restretch a couple of areas where the carpet started to ripple. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. They explained each step of the repairs to us and freely offered tips on extending the life of our carpets. The work areas were constantly cleaned of any repair remnants. Their extensive knowledge was clearly obvious from the start and we would definitely recommend this owner operator company.

Russell’s work was top-notch which will make a world of difference when we go to sell our home! It was refreshing to see how he takes pride in doing an excellent job and enjoys the satisfaction of knowing his work is truly helping the people using his service.

I contacted a few different companies for quotes and for a timeline to repair a rug and underlay that was dug up by our dog. It was a fairly big area that needed to be repaired in a doorway. The interaction with him from the beginning of the quote to the end repair was fantastic. He showed up on time and the finished product is perfect. Highly recommended.

I recently contracted Rusty of “A Daddys Carpet Repair” to install a runner going down the stairs to our family room. Rusty and his associate did a fantastic job. They arrived at the specified time and efficiently finished laying the runner. I will certainly use Rusty if I encounter additional carpet work. I recommend you do as well.

Carpet on landing small area ruined by a dog digging. Rusell had quoted me a price based on a picture I sent to him on text. He repaired the carpet perfectly. Also he gave me tips about vacuuming in doorways and how important carpet cleaning was to maintain the plush carpet.

Within a short period after a post flood restoration, my new basement carpet which spanned a family room and two bedrooms began to bubble in several places. This was surprising because there was very little traffic in the basement. After speaking with the contractor who managed the original project, I chose to contact A Daddy’s Carpet Repair because I had a feeling that it was subpar quality of work to begin with.

Upon inspection of the carpet, Russell quickly realized that the bubbling effect was caused by unsecured tack strips (a single nail had been used for the strips and those strips in turn wiggled themselves out of the cement) and taping together of carpet materials. Good grief.

The carpet was stretched, trimmed and refastened using quality techniques. So happy with the results!

I had several spots on my staircase that were damaged by my cat.
Russell repaired it and it looks good as new!

We had an ink stain on a very light beige carpet in the middle of the master bedroom. Russell and Cathy gave very prompt and professional service. We had a piece of left over carpet and they were able to make a repair that turned out great!! We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a carpet repair.
