We have been looking for a roofing contactor for almost a year to replace our pine shakes roof that reached its untimely demise. To select the contractor, our criteria is based on cost & track record. We have gathered 6 quotes and most of them have respectable reviews and track record but seemed pricey. Having construction experience myself, I have a good idea of what the reasonable price should be to completely replace our roof with asphalt shingles. Fortunately, I found Sunwest Roofing which is owned and managed by Alex Iglesias. The total contract price was at least 30% less expensive than other contractors. He was involved all throughout and was very professional completing the work in 2.5 days.
In the end, he gave me photos of the new roof and it is clear that we made the right choice and saved thousands of dollars.
