We recently hired Scott because we had a raccoon and other critters trying get under our deck. We were immediately impressed that Scott is available by phone to book a timely consult. Not only did Scott provide advice on the phone, but his on site visit was very thorough as he investigated "what" was potentially burrowing under our deck. He was also very thorough at explaining the procedure for securing our deck from critters and provided additional advice on how to manage critters in other parts of our yard. They are concerned about wildlife welfare as well as homeowner safety. We are very pleased with the screen that Scott installed around our deck and the extra measure he took to make sure that all wildlife was safely and securely out. The job was completed on the day/time specified and follow-up was immediate for any concerns.
