I have had Alex come to my house twice now to fix two toilets that kept malfunctioning. On both occasions, different problems were effortlessly solved. What strikes me is just how efficient, kind, and smart Alex can be, and on both occasions he came the same day I called (in fact, he came on a Saturday, his day off, because he wanted to take care of his repeat customers). He's reasonably priced and does a terrific job quickly but thoroughly. I couldn't recommend a plumber more highly.

Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He identified the problem quickly, thoroughly explained what needed to be done and repaired the problem efficiently. He provided excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others.

After being driven insane by a constant drip from the shower/bath, Alex from the Toronto plumber attended and repaired the shower, and repaired a cracked sink drain in the kitchen.

Alex took the time to explain what the issues were, and didn’t charge to diagnose the issue.

Alex was on site within an hour of calling and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a blockage 14 feet deep from the kitchen sink drain). Courteous, informative and very skilled. We couldn't be more delighted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex to others. Many thanks again!

We had a problem with our kitchen sink. Alex was very helpful; he arrived on time (within 24 hours of our calling), explained what he recommended, walked us through the pricing, and then did the job expertly. He did a first rate job and I would not hesitate to use him again..

I have a 30 year old sink (not ready to replace it yet). Parts were rusted and it kept on leaking despite several attempts fix it by other plumbers. Alex Myroniuk saved the day! He fixed everything. Some parts are no longer available but he was able to make a new part on the spot out of the materials he already had! He's the Macguyver of plumbing! He did great quality work and we are very grateful. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. He went above and beyond and the price was excellent given the complexity of the job. Cannot recommend him enough and will definitely call him again!

I had an issue with a leaky faucet, and living in a condo, water issues are not something I like to leave unaddressed.
I called The Toronto Plumber and they made an appointment for the next day.
Alex arrived 10 minutes early, and by the time I had reached the front desk, he'd already intro'd himself to the concierge and arranged his parking. Alex was cordial, easygoing and professional. He located the problem within approximately 10 minutes, and showed me what the issue was prior to fixing. The job was completed within an hour, including a small clean-up which Alex also performed (showing his attention to detail).
Bottom line - Alex is a good guy who knows his stuff - a professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any family or friends in need of plumbing assistance, be it troubleshooting, repairs or installation.

I called based on other reviews and so glad I did. I was worried that we would have to balance getting the city to turn off the water outside so that the inside tap could be replaced and then back on again. When I called the person I spoke to, was very knowledgeable and explained the steps. We had Alex, who turned up right after the water was turned off. I realised it would require some keyhole surgery and that some of the wall would be removed to do this. The wall was removed carefully. The pipe and valve was then replaced. At that point the tap to the hot water tank could be replaced. We had plenty of time to call the city and have the water restored.

A truly incredible experience from start to finish. I spoke with Taras on the telephone and had me in contact with Alex the plumber within minutes. He arrived after what must have been a very busy day but was extremely patient, professional and courteous. He sourced the necessary parts (hard to find cartritges) early the following morning. Once at our home he worked carefully and efficiently and did an incredible job. Everything working well and the new vanity looks great!

I had a leak in my laundry room and Alex showed up within a half hour and fixed it right away. They were polite and professional. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.
