The folks at the Floor Shop are great. Ryan was very helpful in the selection process. The installers (I never met them, but I spoke to one gentleman - Tawab) were true pros. The job was done to perfection, it was done ahead if schedule, and the place was left clean. They obviously know what they are doing; above and beyond that, they take pride in their work. Big thumbs up.

I had an issue with a leaky faucet, and living in a condo, water issues are not something I like to leave unaddressed. I called The Toronto Plumber and they made an appointment for the next day. Alex arrived 10 minutes early, and by the time I had reached the front desk, he'd already intro'd himself to the concierge and arranged his parking. Alex was cordial, easygoing and professional. He located the problem within approximately 10 minutes, and showed me what the issue was prior to fixing. The job was completed within an hour, including a small clean-up which Alex also performed (showing his attention to detail). Bottom line - Alex is a good guy who knows his stuff - a professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any family or friends in need of plumbing assistance, be it troubleshooting, repairs or installation.

Work done on a moment's notice which was immensely helpful due to my schedule. Assisted me with a colour choice error. The paint job itself was as good as I've seen. Competitive pricing, and task completed quickly and efficiently. Will not hesitate to use again
