Our bathtub faucet had a slow drip but did not act upon it months later. A few days ago after showering I was getting a leak dripping from the ceiling fan in our powder room below.
I called Alex the following day, explained what happened and he was able to visit in the afternoon. Upon inspection, he knew what was needed to be replaced and explained the work clearly and broke down the costs. I gave him the okay and he began to work.
At the end, the faucet internals, handle, spout and drain were replaced from water corrosion buildup. He tested and confirmed the leaks stopped after the drain was replaced. I also had some work done to one of our toilets as well.
All in all, I am more than happy with the results and would recommend Alex!
