Sullivan Tree Service

This was the second time in 3 years we had Sullivan Tree Service in. The first, about two years ago, was pruning one of two large poplar (60+ feet) trees in our back yard. Last week we had them in to take down the second of two large poplars. If memory serves me right, I gave Sullivan a 5/5 for the pruning job 2 years ago. I'm now giving them another 5/5 for their services related to removing a poplar.

This time their crews had to visit twice. The first was to take the tree down to ground level and remove all the cuttings. The second was to come in and drill out the stump.

Getting the quote this time was a little more confusing thanks to COVID but it was provided within a reasonable period of time. Three workers came the first visit and took about 2.5 hours to cut the tree down to ground level and remove all cuttings. They were efficient, friendly, informative and cooperative. Above all, they all exhibited a professional attitude toward their jobs and their dealings with me.

We weren't around when the other staff member came to drill out the stump. As per our contract, there was no stump to be seen when we got home and he left a neat pile of work shavings for me to remove. Can't tell you how the employee did his work but everything was completed to our satisfaction. All aspects of this project was 5 out of 5.

I'd recommend Sullivan to any of my friends to provide tree services efficiently and in a cost effective manner.
